Wow! I love this dressing for Asian inspired meals or even to dress simple steamed vegetables. It is bright with ginger and creamy. This is one you’ll want to keep in your repertoire for sure!
makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp white miso
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger, rough chop
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until very creamy. Thin with more water as needed.
